Building on the success of the 2014 Annual Report, Keller wanted to strengthen their Annual Report by better demonstrating how they create and capture value for their customers, shareholders, employees and the communities in which they operate. The company also wanted to showcase some of their new global projects to showcase their strategy in action.


Gather facilitated a workshop with members of Keller’s Executive team to help them articulate how the company creates value for its stakeholders and how best this could be communicated to shareholders through their business model. Separate workshops concentrated on how to improve their key performance indicators and risks. Case studies featuring newly taken photography of their recent projects showed their strategy in action.


The 2015 report shows continued improvement to Keller’s corporate reporting, with the new elements, particularly the business model, being a welcome addition. As Keller strives to provide clarity and consistency of message in its reporting, this year’s book provides a strong foundation to build from (pun intended).
