Gather Around – Issue 9 – March 2020.
Another month, another whole new set of challenges. All attention is on the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, with governments, companies, and regulators scrambling to adapt to the quickly changing state of events. Amidst all the uncertainty, we hope everyone is staying safe and taking care.
Given the rapidly changing situation, rather than trying to provide a succinct update of every new announcement, we have provided a summary of everything that has been issued by regulators to date. This includes a joint statement from the FCA, FRC and PRA around ling, governance, reporting and auditing matters, and some joint guidance from the FRC and ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute on AGMs in light of the ‘stay at home’ measures introduced by the Government.
