This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join our growing client services team in the delivery of integrated and strategic corporate communications across print and digital.

Gather is a creative communications business joining brand, digital, ESG and corporate reporting. We work with ambitious listed and private companies across multiple sectors to solve communication challenges using insights and powerful ideas. We are experts at developing brands with purpose, ESG strategies, online communication and corporate reporting that builds long-term value.

For the role, you will be instinctively proactive and willing to get involved across all aspects of project management. Organisation and efficiency are second nature to you. Supporting the team with day-to-day management of projects, you will work closely with the account directors by preparing and driving project schedules, producing core project documentation to support the management and delivery of projects, ensuring our financial processes are followed and all internal and external deadlines are met. You will learn to work collaboratively with our strategy, creative and production teams to manage projects from pitching and kick-off through to delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of each project stage
  • Issue timely and accurate project documentation for efficient project delivery, such as schedules, briefing notes, scopes of work, contact reports, budget updates, invoicing schedules
  • Produce timely status updates for clients and drive the project schedule
  • Review proofs and collate feedback
  • Support senior members of team in identifying areas to grow client business
  • Attend and participate in client meetings and calls
  • Make lists, take notes, don’t forget
  • Work collaboratively across the business
  • Ensure all project management processes and quality assurance are implemented throughout the life of a project
  • Create and manage project timelines
  • Manage resource effectively against schedules and workloads and ensure all work is delivered on time
  • Help to create presentations for new business proposals and present as part of a team

Skills and Knowledge:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience as a project manager either agency or client side with experience in corporate reporting and strategic communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Efficient and organised, a strong client service ethic
  • A can-do attitude, flexible and positive, a team player
  • Diplomatic and empathetic, good interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and approachable, easy to work with and thrives in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ambition to self-improve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
