Following a hugely successful IPO in 2016, ConvaTec (a global medical products and technologies company) and Gather partnered to articulate the story of their first year as a public company. With regulatory and legislative changes coming into play, ConvaTec was eager to showcase not only its commitment to meaningful gender diversity in senior leadership, but also to continue to prove why they present an attractive opportunity to investors.


In its second year, ConvaTec wanted to push their reporting closer towards best practice, showing a Company that’s confident in its strategy and business model, and which recognises how various moving parts – from markets and resources & relationships to KPIs and remuneration – work together to drive performance and results. As part of this process, we also designed and produced the Group’s inaugural Corporate Responsibility Report, demonstrating ConvaTec’s commitment to its employees, the communities it operates in and the wider environment. Through a series of global shoots of their facilities in Dominican Republic, Slovakia and the UK, we were able to highlight the scale, expertise and innovation that is woven through the business and which will continue to help it grow.


The report reasserted the fundamentals of the business, the unwavering commitment to its purpose ‘to improve the lives of the people we touch’ and acknowledge that, whilst there may have been challenges, the Group is well-positioned to continue to create and deliver value to its stakeholders.
