Incorporate a new branding and visual language into the Annual Report


St Modwen Properties PLC, specialises in the regeneration of brownfield and urban environments across the UK. This year, Gather’s second year producing their Annual Report, we were tasked with combining and complementing the St Modwen key messaging and reporting content with their new brand identity and visual language, reflecting the updated purpose, values and personality of St Modwen.


Our approach was to create a separate, eight-page booklet, which was bound into the report providing a platform to tell the brand story and give it the impact we felt was necessary. The strong linear graphics were used to illustrate key messaging throughout the report, along with the strong brand colours. The use of case studies demonstrated St Modwen’s strategy in action, helping to highlight their strategic delivery and commitment to building lasting legacies, while the commissioned photography captured their recent projects helping to explain their strategy in action.


The Annual Report reflects the core purpose and values of a company that has a reputation for looking at things differently and creating opportunities where none existed, creating places that matter. We are proud to continue to help St Modwen build long-term confidence among its investors, delivering on its strategy and providing the reader with a strong understanding of its commitment to provide the highest standards of service within the industry. St Modwen has an annual report with clear messaging and a consistent tone of voice that satisfies reporting requirements and provides the market with confidence.
