Workspace continually invest in providing the technology infrastructure that enables customers to think and move fast and, alongside their working environment, is tailored to each individual business.

Workspace has been a Gather client for many years. During our long relationship we have developed many projects: the annual report, corporate website, investor day materials and analyst presentations, brand values and purpose and telling their sustainability story. Central to all this is a consistent approach to their corporate and customer communications. In a crowded and competitive sector, this is what gives Workplace credibility and the ability to demonstrate that they are a well-managed company with a commitment to good governance and transparency in their operations and processes.

In the last three years, Workspace’s share price has risen nearly 30%, as investors and customers understand their offer and market positioning.

Our role has been to ensure that their story, strategy and performance is clearly told through the annual report and through the related analyst presentations, investor days and website. This means applying not only their identity consistently, but also their messaging. We have told a clear, consistent story about ‘the Workplace Advantage’, a unique offer that has seen customers increasingly moving into Workspace properties: their investment and development of buildings that created modern environments for growth; the focus on London as it grew and changed; being consistently relevant to demanding customers who had choices; investing in and retaining the best employees; and building a strong, differentiated brand and reputation.

Impact

Workspace’s communications and messaging have a consistent look and feel and are distinctive within its sector. The positioning of ‘The Workspace Advantage’ provides a clear focus to all stakeholders and is used widely across the business. The effort invested in building their brand and reputation as a well-managed and governed business through the annual report, in particular the business model, strategy and governance narratives, has paid dividends, as evidenced by the company’s growth.
