Our role has been to ensure their story, strategy and performance is clearly told through the annual report and through the related analyst presentations, investor days and website. This means applying not only their identity consistently, but also their messaging. We have told a consistent story about ‘The Workplace Advantage’, a unique offer that has seen customers increasingly moving into Workspace properties: their investment and development of buildings creating modern environments for growth; the focus on London as it grew and changed; being consistently relevant to demanding customers who had choices; investing in and retaining the best employees; and building a strong, differentiated brand and reputation.
