Sustainability, climate change
In the latest edition of our monthly newsletter, we cover the latest FRC activity as they continue to churn out publications including their annual year-end letter to CEOs, CFOs and Audit Committee Chairs.

The FRC are highlighting the areas it considers to be of key importance going into the 2020/21 reporting season, a review of corporate governance reporting, and two thematic reviews; one on climate change and one on cash flow and liquidity. Progress towards a global sustainability framework also continues, with another nudge from the FRC in a statement on non-financial reporting, which outlines its support for the TCFD and SASB frameworks. Grant Thornton has also issued its annual corporate governance review of the FTSE 350.

For this month’s best practice showcase, we take a look at Landsec’s risk reporting from its 2020 annual report.
