SSP are ‘the food travel experts’. Operating 2,800 branded catering and retail units, in 180 airports and 300 railway stations, across 35 countries.
The challenge was to demonstrate their successful emergence from the pandemic, and to show how new leadership would take the company forward – capitalising on the opportunities available as travel markets reopened across the globe.
To address this specific challenge, we helped SSP articulate their purpose, vision, strategy, and the integration of sustainability.
We created the new Annual Report and their first Sustainability Report around the new purpose: ‘To be the best part of the journey’, allowing us to capture their ambition. Both reports tell a complimentary story and successfully engage with a broader range of internal and external stakeholders.
SSP’s reporting suite is a more considered and connected story rooted in best practice reporting. By using their purpose as the narrative anchor, SSP was able to bring together the core elements of their story. The creative treatment of both reports delivers clearer cross-linking between individual sections and between the two documents.
