Gather Around – Issue 24 – July 2021
July has been a busy month as publications are issued ahead of the August summer break.
The FRC has published its Statement of Intent on ESG issues, whilst the Financial Reporting Lab released a report on stakeholders, decisions, and section 172. The FCA also issued new consultation on proposed requirements for companies to report against gender and ethnicity targets at Board and senior management level. Finally, PwC has published its annual review of FTSE 350 corporate reporting.
For this month’s best practice showcase, Mei looks at Fresnillo’s stakeholder engagement reporting, highlighted in the Lab’s stakeholder report as a report containing several examples of good practice.
