Gather is a creative communications business joining brand, digital, ESG and corporate reporting. We work with ambitious listed and private companies across multiple sectors to solve communication challenges using insights and powerful ideas. We are experts at developing brands with purpose, ESG strategies, online communication and corporate reporting that builds long-term value.
For this role, we need you to have strong annual reporting experience, and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. You will lead on all client meetings, with the ability to truly listen to clients, challenge where appropriate and manage their needs effectively. Proficient in best practice and market trends in corporate reporting you will naturally upsell by instinctively understanding individual client needs. Commercial awareness is key, you will be able to scope, cost and confidently discuss budgets with clients. Working alongside the director of reporting intelligence and creative director, you will ensure content and creative output are on message and on brief.
