Diploma plc is a value-add distribution Group. Their businesses operate across North America, UK, Europe and Australia to deliver value-add solutions that make their customers' lives easier.

The Challenge

Diploma is a fast-growing global business that needed to clearly communicate what makes them different, how they create value and their potential for future growth.

Our Approach

Through workshops with key executives, we were able to define who they are, what they do, and how they do it as well as reveal the key messages needed to tell their story. We also undertook a full brand audit, leading to the creation of a new logo, brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice, values and purpose – introduced for the first time at their capital markets day.
Following the capital markets day, we applied the new brand to the annual report and designed and built a new scalable website – showcasing what differentiates them, and their potential for growth, across all of their main corporate communications channels.

Diploma is seen as a global business on a growth trajectory. They have a distinctive, clear and consistently delivered brand and set of messages that say what they stand for, how they create value, and what makes them different.
