About Vaughn
In my role as Director of Production and Delivery at Gather, I oversee the smooth operation and logistics of all our client projects, leading the end-to-end production journey to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. I have the opportunity to apply my skills to deliver outstanding results for our clients, turning innovative ideas into reality with consistency and kindness – combining strategic leadership with operational excellence to help us create truly remarkable outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, I’ve had the privilege of managing many award-winning print and digital projects. I’m highly skilled in Workiva, guiding our clients onboarding the platform, and recently transitioned our clients SSP and TP ICAP onto the Workiva platform.
Alongside this, I’ve been leading our shift beyond static PDFs – offering accessible PDFs and markdown as part of a wider mix that includes HTML summary pages, video and microsites, all built to work for both human and AI audiences.
Beyond individual client projects, I’ve taken on a growing role in shaping the systems, resourcing, and ways of working that keep Gather running smoothly day to day – so that whatever comes through the door, we have the foundation and capacity to deliver it well.
