We wanted to continue to bring to life their striking purpose: “We create the space that enables extraordinary things to happen”.
Central to our work was to embed their purpose as a golden thread across their entire reporting suite – Annual Report, Responsible SEGRO Report and corporate website.
As part of our vision for SEGRO and building on the work we achieved in 2022, we streamlined their Annual Report and strengthened the linkage between the different communications channels.
The final suite of documents includes filmed Q&A’s and animations, making the story as accessible to a wide range of audiences as possible.
SEGRO can demonstrate how their purpose enables extraordinary things for all their stakeholders. The rebalancing of the story across multiple channels ensures that no matter how audiences engage with SEGRO, they receive a consistent narrative.
The report, delivered in print and online has also been shortlisted for many industry awards including the IR Society Awards, Chartered Governance Awards and Corporate and Financial Awards.
